I had heard somewhere that they were no longer neccessary for immigration when renewing...
Do I still need to go pester my country for a new CRC when I have not lived there since the last one? |

For GEPIK, if you submitted a CRC after the visa regulations came into effect last March, they should have a scanned copy of it, which means you don't need a new CRC. Check to be sure. |

When I signed a new contract with a new school I did not have to submit a new health check or CBC or go on a visa run. The checks from your original visa should be on record. I did have to get a letter from my former employer allowing the transfer of my visa to my new employer, even though my contract with them had been fulfilled. |

I had a similar situation too. I went from a school in Suwon to one in Pohang. I did not submit a new criminal or health check. I did submit my passport, arc card, letter of release and a power of attorney form (allowed my new employer to apply for the extension of my arc card and visa).
However, I got back my passport and arc card. My passport has no new stamps for renewal or extension but my arc card does have my new address and extension written on the back. Im still wondering if this will suffice? |
