This one's easy fortunately. Just go to www.Finalfantasyxi.com and you can buy and download the game directly from the website. I haven't done it from korea, but I'm fairly certain it will work. Good luck, hope you have hours and hours of free time!

If you do play the game online, please let me now how it is. I just wrapped up FFXII for the second time; it's great. I have always wondered how the online game is.

I love all the FF games (though I never managed to get into IX for some reason...I think it was a little too cartooney for me, though I'd happily give it a go again now) and I also love MMORPGs, or at least I used to before I came over here and didn't have time to play them.

However, I found FFXI very difficult to get into. Creating the character was good, and wandering about the city was fine...but then suddenly I felt very lost in a very big world. I hate to compare it to the one that everything gets compared to, but I will anyway - it lacks the structured beginning of WoW that really makes you feel like you're working towards something.

At least it did when I tried it a few years ago. Dunno if it's changed now.

I played FF11 for a while when it came out. It is a nonstop grind.

The biggest problem with the game is that you NEED the right party to play the game. You need a tank, healer, DD, etc... Ok, that's just like other games, but in FF11, White Mages are far and few.

I remember logging on to FF11 and I'd have to wait up to an hour just to find a group.

The game is blocked from many Asian countries, including Korea.
