I have some short questions from a friend. My friend has no degree but holds an F-4 visa. Is there a way for my friend to be registered as a teacher in an academy? or Is it possible for my friend to work in an academy in the first place? Thanks.

No. Immigration won't care, but the PMOE won't allow a non-degree holder to teach at hagwons. Yes, some may say you can skirt this. But if your boss is willing to skirt this regulation, what else is he going to skirt?
