It's clear that GW Bush and Dick Cheney will never go on trial for war crimes/crimes against humanity. But considering they're gonna string dude up in Cambodia for killing 14,000 innocents, and Bush and his puppet master are obviously guilty of killing hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis, do you think they should be?

If Obama really wanted change, he'd lift up the corner of the rug and show all the dirt the federal government in the good ol' USA has swept under it. An honest government...wouldn't that be odd!

If Obama really wanted change he wouldn't continue the killing in Afghanistan, Pakistan, etc.

If he went after Bush, he'd have to worry about the next pres going after him.

Welcome to the third term of Obushama.

This is an interesting point, one I hadn't considered. I would have thought, however, that McCain and his henchmen would have tried to oust all the skeletons during the run-up to the election.

Cheney should definitely be tried for torture!! That Americans tortured, and that Cheney still travels around the country advocating torture is disgusting. Why did they torture. Cheney enjoyed it!!! to bring America Back into the civilized world there should be a show trial for Cheney!!!

So, what are your sources on that? What do you have to support that claim?

I remember when the Democrats (in 2006) were squawking about how Bush (himself) had killed 1/2 a million innocent Iraqis. But, the truth is, that is a lie. Simple as that. I looked at the UN fact sheet to get the estimate and it was NOWHERE NEAR what those far left pussies were claiming.

Also keep in mind that when thing went wrong and innocent civilians were killed in a bomb raid, it was usually becuase the enemy was dug in bunkers underneath the sites. This is widely known...........except for the left and college students who.

Bush is NOT responsible for hundreds of thousands of innocent people. That is rubbish. In fact, I'd like to see your sources for the death toll of civilians in Iraq due to American forces..........vs................due to insurgents.

"Dude in Cambodia"............."killing 14,000 innocents".

Are you fucking serious? This is a joke right?

Pol Pot killed millions of his own people to start up an aggregarian society.

Comparing Bush to Pol Pot is stupid, foolish and ignorant.

BACASPER, unlike Iraq, the Afghan/Pakistani theatre of operations and war there in is fully justified as well as supported by the majority of the rest of the world. The US was attacked by AL qaeda, the based in Afganistan and harbored by the Taliban.

We gave the Taliban fair chance, infact a months time, to give up Bin Laden and Al Qaeda. They refused. So we took action.

You seem to be one of those "any war the US goes into in the middle east" is unjustifie, killing etc, purely on the basis of it being in the ME type people.

The fact is when ever there is a war with an Arab or Persian peope, people like you will complain regardless of the circumstances, esecially if Israel is involved.
Hell, Iran could launch chemical weapons at all our middle eastern bases tommorow, and youd STILL complain when we retaliated.

Hell, a Hamas militiamen could smuggle VX gas into tel aviv and kill thousands, and then youd STILL complain when Israel retaliated it.

Yes after reading a number of your posts, this seems to be your motus operandi.

Exactly. The fact of the matter is while hardly anyone would label Iraq a good decision at this point, there are some who want to exxagerate everything the US does to the point where all theyr eally want is to maintain this "US = evil empire" type thing.

Was Iraq a good idea? No. Was Bush a ood president? No.
Dd heprobabaly violate some laws? yes
But still the US isnt this evil empire that gets its kicks screwing over the less fortunate that the ultra hard left tries to make it out to be.

Good to see you're up to date on your current affairs. Yep, Pol Pot is on trial right now in Cambodia. He looks for having been dead for 11 years.

The key word in the comment has been highlighted for those who need assistance in drawing reasonable conclusions.

Look, friend, you obviously have ZERO sense of historical proportionality by even attempting this comparison. Your punishment for such simplistic and misguided but willful thinking is to be racked with doubt and being confounded over just how it was possible for their supposed heinous crimes to be so cavalierly overlooked.

I think you have to factor in motive. Perhaps those 100,000 Iraqis were killed because bush really belived he could give them a better life, like saving the French from the Nazis and all that. A lot of French were killed by the allies. A lot of Korean civilians in the Korean war too.

Bush is guilty of some horrible stuff. Murder is debateable, not obvious.

This is some great chop suey! I recommend you submit this to NBC's Saturday Night Live for inclusion in their next segment on "Deep Thoughts."
