Which is better to live at Sindorim or Guro? I'm going to accept a job that is in Incheon/Anyang and I was wondering which place was better to live.
I'm going to find my own place, that's why I want to know. Is the rent higher in one place than the other? Which one has more things to do? |

Sindorim is part of Guro.
Where is the job? Is it in Incheon or Anyang? Depending on the exact location, it could make for quite a long commute. |

Living near Guro station would make commuting easier, as it right on the intersection of where trains go to Anyang or Incheon. |

And living near Sindorim station would accomplish the same thing, as 95% of trains to Anyang and Incheon pass through there. You just have to make sure you get on the right one. (not to mention, that the stations are about 8minutes walk apart, so you could techinically live near both ^^) |

Yes, but Guro has extra benefit. Sometimes, rapid trains start at Guro and go to their destination without passing through Sindorim.
Both areas kinda suck IMHO.

Guro rents should be pretty cheap as it's a run down, working-class area with a sizable Chinese community. |

Guro and Sindorim are in short walking distance of each other. Sindorim would get my vote just because you have Line 2 right there and you also have the Emart and Technomart at the station. There's a big apartment complex across the street from the south exit/entrance of the subway that houses many foreign teachers. Guro station has that department store and the Outback right there and I believe the rent would be cheaper. |
