Our shack came loaded with a LG Whisen AC unit LPNC155KB. I went to E-mart-uuuuh and almost bought a stand-alone air filtration unit to clean the air in our place. Fortunately every unit they recommended was out of stock as all the recomended units were stupid expensive. I digress, how the F did the sales person not know this when all stock is kept on the shelves? I digress again, they don't sell filters at E-mart OR Lotte. Have they not caught on to the razer concept of marketing?
So I got to thinking (rare) and wondered if our big-azz AC unit has a filter in it. Well, I opened her up and found that (A) the blower unit is easily 2x bigger than anything the stand alone cleaners had (B) there is a replaceable filter. However, the filter is an electo-mag unit and I want a HEPA filter to grab the dust.
The LG website is un-navigable and full of flying sparkles and BS. Anyone know where and how to buy filters? |
