About 50% of the time I can't pull up pages, hotmail, yahoo and general surfing stuff. What's going on?

Does it make a difference that maybe half of Korea is on line right now? It has been happening all week. I have been super bored having had this whole week off and no place to go except outside it's so frustrating  |

Use a proxy if you are having problems. |
