Revenue Canada will address allegations Wednesday that it has rogue employees after RCMP arrested two of its officials and raided six offices belonging to a politically connected construction firm in the Montreal area. Yesterday's arrests are a major blow for the federal tax-collection agency. One of the officials works for a branch of Revenue Canada that deals with black-market activities, and the other works for a branch that does tax-avoidance probes. |
