Hi Guys - anyone help me with this one?
I want to create a group that I can send emails to. Basic task I know!
I had my students send me some writing and they are all in a "filter" folder. Don't want to put them individually in "contacts" as there are too many and they are hard to tell apart from the subject line etc etc.
How can I block move these emails I received and filtered to a group folder which I've created in contacts? The "Move to" and "More actions" bars don't permit moving items to a group or even contacts for that matter...
Seems no way to do it that I can see...
Ta in advance |

I'm pretty sure they stay visible. One advantage is that things can't get lost in folders.
Archiving them will move them from your inbox.
If you emailed the Ss and got them to reply with the same subject line, they would all go under the one email in your inbox anyhows.
or, You could ask them to put a unique word in the subject line, "homework", then set up a filter to go straight to archive. When it's time for marking, just go to your all mail folder. They should all be there.
Hope this helps,
NK. |

Just create a label for them and tag them accordingly. I use it for job offers when searching. If I were getting emails from students, I would have made a new email though! |
