I was wondering, where is the best place to buy a pet carrier for a dog?
I need one that is a IATA Compliant Pet Crate.
With these dimensions of 28" L 20.5 W 21.5 H

I got No. 12. The packaging says it is airline approved.

15 and 16 also look like they would be airline approved. I think they want a flat top.

You could check with the seller to make sure these are airline approved.

If you are planning on bringing the pet in the cabin, American airlines require a folding carrier, I believe. Check on this.

If you are putting the pet in cargo, a larger carrier certainly is more comfortable.

And of course, your local vet can order you a pet carrier, if he doesn't have one in stock.

I was told there is a size limit on carriers you can take on planes. I might be wrong though.

I bought one at a 동물병원, just walk around your neighborhood and should probably see a vet or pet store soon. if not, you could go to 충무로역 where there's lots of puppy stores and such.
