If anyone is interested in moving to the Youngtong, Suwon area in the near future this apartment may be for you. Our family is upgrading to a another place as we've accumlated more key money and we would love to find a taker for our current place.
It is a 7th floor Lotte Apartment near Kounghee University. It is a 19 pyoung, 2 bedroom (one larger, one smaller) apartment with a decent sized kitchen and living room. It is a pretty good apartment complex with a playground for children and a fitness center.
We currently pay 30,000,000 won key money and 460,000 won rent, but with the state of the current economy the apartment owner is asking for 400,000 won rent now. The key money is the same.
