I realize that the video may not be funny...in the conventional norm of humour. Yet the art of humour, much like any other art is relative.
This video has no relation to Korea, none.
Neither do the last 10 posts on this off the topic section.
The off the topic section is ...off the topic? The topic being "Korea"?
