Dear all,

Selling a Samsung 216TW (same as 215TW in US/Europe) 21" monitor.

When the monitor was purchased a year ago, it was Samsung's top-end model in its size class. It uses an S-PVA panel (much better color stability and broader viewing angles than cheaper TN panels), and is ideal for "advanced-amateur" image work. It calibrates excellently to the sRGB color space--within one average deltaE deviation, making it especially well suited for photographers posting their images to the web or making prints in labs using the sRGB space. (sRGB is the web standard, and the most frequently used standard in printing labs.)

I have also used it for gaming, and noticed no ghosting or "trails." That said, if you're only looking for a gaming monitor, you can find something with similar performance for less.

I am selling it now because I upgraded to a 24" Eizo.

Asking price is 300,000 Won. An excellent deal for a monitor with its performance. Similar monitors (i.e. Samsung 214TS, essentially the same monitor but with a 4:3 aspect ratio) are selling for over 800,000 new.

Sorry about the late reply, I thought that Dave's sent e-mail updates so I hadn't been actively watching this thread.

The monitor is still for sale.
I'm located in Bongcheon-dong, near Seoul National University. (In Seoul, off of the southern stretch of subway line 2, the 'green line.')
