I couldn't find a category for Schools for sale. My wife and I are putting our Hogweon up for sale. This has provided a comfortable living for the last 5 years but for a number of reasons we are moving on. In Un Yang, about 20 outside Ulsan and 30 from Busan. The area is exploding, with the KTX a new college, an elementary school and a brand new middle school being built a 2 minute walk from our school this is a prime location. THere are 3 sets of apartment complexes located all within a 5 minute drive. Everything is included in the 45,000,000 price. Desks, white boards, etc... and the students. We currenlty have 39 students. Normally when someone buys a school that is in operation you pay an amount per student. This is not the case. 45,000,000 is the price.
