I'm renting a room for a woman I know. It's in Gangnam, an eight or ten minute walk from Gangnam Station and a two or three minute walk from Seoul National University Station. It's a good-sized room with one of those Korean-style beds... a mat and plenty of blankets. I lived there and found it as comfortable or more comfortable than a bed.

You have your own clean, private bathroom. You enter it straight from your room. There is an internet connection in your room as well. The room is cozy, furnished, warm, quiet, and pretty big. You have use of a nice kitchen with all dishes and appliances. There is also a nice living room with a large TV, and a computer in case you don't have your own.

The woman you'll be living with kind of has a maternal side... you are welcome to her food, and she even cooks you breakfast, does your laundry, etc. I lived there for a week but found my own place. I have three more weeks left there for 390,000W. Hard to beat that price in Gangnam. For those three weeks you will deal with and pay me (up front). I will give you the key. After that, you're free to stay as long as you want for 600,000W per month.
