I realize Koreans don't really make a big deal out of this date, but i was kinda hoping there would be a cool party to go and get hammer faced at? --In Seoul..

I've never been single on Black Day, but I've always wondered if it's as great a day to meet women as I imagine it could be.

Think about it: you go to a posh Chinese restaurant around Edae or Hongdae or something and order yourself some black noodles. Across the restaurant you see a pretty young thing eating some black noodles of her own.

Approach and you're in. Or are you?

The "holiday" is for eating black noodles. Getting drunk is up to you. Besides, getting "hammered" on a Tuesday night? C'mon.
