(I searched on ESL Cafe for previous discussion of this, but couldn't find a reference. Please let me know if this has been discussed before.)
I put together a step-by-step tutorial on how to get unsupported Korean (and other) printers talking to your Mac OS X computer. It's very easy, as the trick is to use Gutenprint, an open-source set of printer drivers to add more printers to your system's list of supported printers.
You can find the full tutorial here.

Really easy, go to your printer list from shared printers (if on a network) and use the generic postscript printer drivers installed in OS X 10.5.6
It works every time. Samsung is set as Generic postscript. |
