where are the night markets?

most of the more traditional markets seem to close down around 6 or so - like Namdaemun. lots of young people stroll the trendy streets at night like jongno and gangnam - but what about the traditional outdoor markets? s.e. asia has some great ones, as does china - does K have any or are they all gone ?
