I work for Geneye right now, and the job you're looking at is probably mine. My co-worker and I are both leaving early if that's any indication of the school. There are many things here that make us both unhappy, and I, personally, would not recommend this school.
One of the biggest issues for me was the heat in my apartment. It doesn't work right, and they refused to fix it because it costs too much. Instead they just gave me one of those propane-type heaters that are supposed to be used in well-ventilated areas....and then the tank was empty 2 days later and I had to fill it out of my own pocket!
Anything else you want to know you can PM me so I don't have to go into a big rant on here! |

I went for an interview there around early 2001, so take the following for what it's worth...In the very little time I spent there, the Korean and foreign staff seemed friendly enough. The couple of people I asked said they liked their job allright. The school itself seemed very clean and modern and the schedule and renumeration were reasonable. As for the area, I can't say much but it wasn't particularly close to any subway stn. It'd take about a 15 min. bus ride to get to the closest stn. (Ssangmun)
It's not much but I hope it helps! |
