I've only been in my current pad just over 3 weeks and imagine my surprise when I get home after a long days work, and pc banging about 1am to find a note on my door and all my utilities turned off!

So I spent the night as bulked up as possible in order to beat the cold and had a shower at a local sauna in the morning.

Now I keep my bills up to date but as I have yet to get a bill for the current place I find this a little off. The director says she's 'looking into it.'

I want lights, I want water, I want my friggin heat and TV!

Wow, it's just been one thing after another for you. No hot water bites. They turned ours off for almost a WEEK while they were doing something with the hot water boiler, back in December.

If you've only been there 3 weeks it has nothing to do with you- time to get on your director's case.

it's not just no hot water. It's no heat, no power, nothing... god damn it was a cold night last night.

I sympathize with crazylemongirl's heatless sleep from my days in Northern Alberta. But today I've got the window open to a beautifully blue sky day on Geoje Island.

Last night the temperature got done to a low of +2 C (bbrrr) but I forgot to turn on the heat after I got home from work. I simply didn't notice. I turned on the heater this morning though.

Watching Korean news about Seoul and hearing the winter blues from you and other posters makes me glad I'm here.

Anybody else in a relatively warm part of the country?

Looks like you had forgotten to switch the utility bills into your or your school's name.

A minor overlooked task.
