I saw this note on top of a desk right in front of my elevator. I was thinking of taking it if it's someones trash. If you can translate this for me, I would be grateful.

It's trash. The note is to the person that threw it away explaining that it was disposed of improperly and how to dispose of it.
If you have a use for it, it's yours. |
