|
|
My girlfriend and I have lived in the same officetel for 8 months now. Our utilities have always been around about 175,000-200k.
The last two months we've noticed a new fee on our utility bill. It's labeled: "낙방사용료". Each time, the fee is around 150k to 175k. Navar/Google quote it as "Proctor Fee" or "Technology Fee". Anyone care to translate it better?
Or am I just an idiot and misunderstanding it as a Gas Fee?

I cant help you but I love the way changing the spaces changes the words completely
낙방사용료 Proctor Fees
낙 방 사 용 료 Room fees for dairy company
낙 방 사용료 Dairy room fees
낙 방사 용 료 For dairy emissions fees
낙방사용 료 Use the fee failed
낙방 사 용 료 Fee for the four failed |

Yeah, I noticed that too Dairy Emission Fees was my favorite. I still have no clue what the heck this is.
Nevermind, my friend explained it: 난방 사용료. Heating Bill! |
