I'm heading down to Pusan for the weekend and want to find a good, secure place to camp and leave my stuff for the day while I'm exploring. Is it easy to camp somewhere like Daesin Park or on the beach, or do you need to find a proper campsite? Has anyone done this? Is it safe to leave your stuff during the day or can you find a locker to store it?

I have never seen anyone camp on the beach. Hotels are fairly cheap and right on the beach, or Jimjilbang(sp). Gwangalli beach has several that are cheap and right on the beach. You can get a locker at the subway stations or at megamart if you wanted to try and camp and then lock your stuff up. I really dont think they will let you camp at Gwangalli or Haeundae beach, quite possibly you can get away with it at Dadaepo, but that is so far from everything there really would not be much to explore.
