I have a locked, Samsung Instinct (CDMA) used formerly with Sprint in the US.

If I take the phone to Korea, can a cell-shop unlock it and activate it on a Korean service plan? Will the email/data stuff work?

It's CDMA and Samsung, so I would expect I could make it happen, but I'm not sure..
