Ok, so I just re-signed my contract at my college. The contract stipulates that if my hours go below 20 that the contract is invalid. I have 18 hours this semester and they have not said anything and the pay is the same.
The boss has also said that he has gaurenteed my job until August 15.
They wont tell me if I have a job or not in Second semester, I dont think they will beable to tell me until July. I really want to go back to my home country soon..........so my question is should I leave after August 15 or just wait and see what happens in second semester and go with the flow?

Cheers

Yea, just give them advance notice. They'll have plenty of time to find a new teacher/conjure up some sort of deal to try to make you stay.

Or they'll have plenty of time to figure out some way to cheat you out of what they'll owe you.

Not that I'm bitter about my own experiences...
