Not sure what makes these days special for foreigners (maybe translators, special events or increased prices!) but I saw a poster in Gosok terminial for this. Apparently runs on April 25th May 30th and June 27th. This article had some info on the exactly location :

I have seen this advertised too and would like to visit this weekend if possible.
Are you sure it is on Saturday and not Sunday? I hope it is Saturday as I am very busy on Sunday.
Does anybody know where we can find more information on this event? |

I took a picture of the poster, so I'm sure on the dates. there wasn't any other info on the poster except that it runs from 12:00 - 4:00pm |
