| Should be a 2+. FYI I've heard that the 2+ level is a myth.... apparently people have trouble getting this one from what I've been told. |

You're at Level 2.
To be at 2+, you have been at Level 2 with the same POE for a year i.e. renewing a contract. |

ok, yes, the misunderstanding has been corrected now so all is wel; - just wanted to double check on this. I am a level 2+
It's EITHER an MA in education or Eng. Lang, a BA in one of those + MA (anything) OR being your 2nd year renewal at POE
�� Master's degree in any discipline,
with Bachelor's in Education or English Language/Literature
�� Master's degree in Education or
English Language/Literature, with Bachelor's in any discipline
�� Contract renewal as Level 2 within the same POE
