|
|
Well, it is starting to become warmer, and I unfortunately forgot to bring non-winter casual clothes.
I've looked around Itaewon some, and most of the shorts/t-shirts I've seen are more of the "gangsta" look. Anyone have any stores or areas in mind where I can find other types of big sizes?
Thanks much for any help provided =) |

Grown dudes wear long shorts. :/
Some super sexy grown dudes just cuff their jeans a few inches above their flip flops. |

Dongdaemun, find the "Dootah" building and head down to the basement levels 1 or 2 - can't remember which one has all imported clothing with western sizes. |

I have found that the best way to buy new clothes is just to order them online in the states, have them sent to my grandma's house and then my dad ships them over to me.
Especially with the economic situation you can get some really great deals shopping online that easily pay for the shipping.
I will sometimes buy shoes in Itaewon, but in general buying clothes online is the best way to go. Then you can just get what you want as opposed to sifting through what is available and then choosing stuff that will work. |

I prefer to buy things online, too. In addition to EBay, Amazon, etc., I know that JC Penny and Forever21 (they have a mens' section) ship here. Good luck. |

If you go down the street in Itaewon towards the McD's at the entrance, on the left side of the street is a guy who sells cool button down collared shirts like Charlie Sheen wears on "two and a half men". Nice styles, good fabric and decent prices 15,000-20,000 won. |

Or I got ripped.
Good quality shirt though.
Made in SKorea to, so you know it's of good HIGH SUPER DUPER SPARKING QUALITY.

i wonder if taylor can just make some shorts?
my taylor in itaewon has made me suits, sport coats, dress shirts, slacks, and pretty much ive thrown at him. i just print some full color, detail pictures from calvin klein or armani or whatever i like, and he can usually put it together. having them taylor made makes them coast as much as the major label brands back home, but the quality is worth it. ive had an "armani style suit" he made three years ago, and as long as i take care of it, i looks like its fresh off the rack.
anyone else had taylor shorts made??? |

I don't know anybody named Taylor, but there are some good tailors in Itaewon that make pretty much whatever you want. |
