Intermediate Vinyasa Workshop
at Seoul Foreign School
April 27 - May 27, Tues/Thurs at 5:30pm

This workshop will incorporate all of the styles and poses of Yoga that we learned throughout the year in a vigorous flow, introducing new postures (arm balances, inversions, and hip openers) to add to our repertoire in a fun, non-competitive environment of a shared practice. It will be a great way to close out the academic year and get our bodies ready for summer. Classes are intended for those with a regular Yoga practice, not suitable for brand new beginners.

Ongoing Int/Adv Modern Dance Class
at Hongdae Dance Academy
Every Saturday 3:00pm-4:30pm

These classes explore Floor, Release, and Horton techniques, ballet, Yoga, Composition and Contact Improvisation. Students are encouraged to express themselves in a way that is unique to their individual bodies, their individual stories, and their individual experiences. With personal, cultural, and global awareness, the body�s expression has the potential for profound intention and reception. Therefore, the pedagogy of these classes address not only somatic awareness, classical technique, and contemporary aesthetic, but also the intention to encourage dancers to be individuals and approach movement in a way that is personally meaningful.

Jules Febre is visiting Seoul from NYC and will be teaching Basic and Open Jivamukti Classes as well as one Workshop "The essence of Jivamukti" from April 20 - 23.

Amy Ippoliti will be teaching an Anusara Yoga Immersion from May 13- 18 at Jai Center for Yoga and Health. Classes are from 9:30am-1:00pm/ break/ 2:30pm- 6:00pm. The hours count towards an Anusara Teacher Training Certification.
