as far as i know, if you are an E2 visa holder you are full time and must receive pension, if you are entitled to it back just wait a few months or until you are finished and enquire about it in the pension office, you will have to pay what you ower, but this is doubled anyway so it's well worth it.
Contracts are final, however they can not break the law, so you must pay taxes, pension, and insurance etc, basically contract can't go against korean law.
Why are you doing overtime if you aren't getting paid for it? tell your boss you will only work it if you are paid, failing that just don't do it. I do worry that yoour boss will not pay you your severence if they are not paying all the other things, maybe you should check that they are paying the correct taxes too. |

Even if your contract says you're an independent contractor, you're not. The court's already ruled on that noise and blasted the company (KTX) for pulling that stunt. |
