I mentioned this article in another thread, but something as important as this deserves its own thread:

Miniskirts Go Micro-Mini

Quote:
No more mid-thigh or slightly above ― this summer, be prepared to see a new kind of miniskirt. Don't expect anything longer than 25 centimeters...There is one vital fashion item necessary to complete the mini look: sky-high heels.

And experts tell women that the shoes with more than 10 centimeter high, so-called ``kill heels,'' are going to remain a must-have.

Will micro-minis be paired up with thong underwear? This article suggests the possibility:

In leaner times, thong sales soar

Quote:
The most popular underwear among young women is small thongs, said Lee Hyang-nam, Lotte Department Stores women casual merchandiser... Hyundai Department Store is also enjoying a similar surge in lingerie sales. The store said thong sales surged more than 50 percent on-year.

That's awesome.

When I get back to Seoul, I'll be exercising like crazy, going up the stairs of the subway stations while checking out the views coming down the escalators. When the fatigue starts to get me down, the views will keep me motivated to keep on keeping on. Who needs a personal trainer barking at you to keep going when you've got mini-skirted ladies motivating you right in your face.

When I finally get too tired, I can just go to the Hyundai Department Store and ride the escalators up to the top floor, take the elevator down to the ground floor, ride the escalators back up, kind of like Magic Mountain at Disney World, only better. Very Happy
