A friend of mine is turning 31 and we are both new to Korea within the last month or so.

I'm looking for a good place in Seoul to eat, drink, walk around, bar hop etc. for a nice long evening. Keeping the budget of an ESL teacher in mind of course.

Since we are new, almost everything is fair game as we haven't seen a lot of Seoul yet.
