Hi everyone,

I am the proud new owner of Cobe, the dog that was being given away here for the last couple of weeks. She has been a wonderful dog and I spent that last few days making my house ready for her.

There wasn't a problem until my g/f came over last night watch a movie and 15 minutes into the movie her eyes started swelling. We went to the hospital and they said she had an allergic reaction. Turns out that she was allergic to dogs and didn't know it because she had never been around them for a long period (more than 15-20 minutes)

So basically I need to find someone to take her as soon as possible as I don't see ruining a long relationship as a better option than keeping her. If you would like pictures, just find the thread a few posts down that has the title fantastic puppy.

have you let the last owner/fosterer know of this? maybe she had a backup person interested that would still be interested??
