Hi im from New Zealand and will hopefully start teaching within a month.

I'm just wondering what type of power adapter and/or converter I need to get my electronics working in Korea.

Where do I get them?
Any info would be good.

Those local hosuewares mights would sell the plug adapter. I dont know if your appliances are universal voltage or what. Yongsan will sell the voltage converter, if need be.

Actually, the voltages between NZ and Korea are pretty similar so you just need a plug converter. Actually, you might experience a little bit of a lag - say if you had something with a motor in it, it might not reach max rpm - but nothing major. I ordered a waffle maker from NZ and was worried that I would need a converter box but I just bought a universal plug converter (5,000 W fancy shmacy one) from the local stationary store and now I get all the penguin shaped waffles my heart could ever desire.
