My Korean wife worked for ECC in Daegu, but not Seongseo. ECC is a popular academy among Korean mother's.
They are usually large in terms of student numbers and teachers. Depending on what you are searching for you may or may not find what you are looking for.
My wife quit after 8 months due to the work load. However, Korean teachers are required to do much more than foreign teachers and for much less money.
If it is your first year teaching, it may not be a bad company to start with, but then again, I don't know about Seongseo.
Seongseo is not a bad place to be placed. It has a subway and all the extras.
