Is this weekend, and I'm planning on attending. Does anybody know what accommodation is like? Can one just show up and get a love motel? Also, what's the deal with ticketing? I looked at the website but it's a bit confusing.

I've gone two years to it and plan to make it a third.

I show up Friday at noon, buy all the tickets I want for the next four days (i do Friday through Monday, only work 3 days a week) getting one or two of those ten-ticket booklets. I hear the lines get long and tickets sold out later on Friday but at noon i have had no problems both times I went.

I then about 2 or 3 pm get a love motel for three nights, no problem. The first year I went i got a room the first place; the second year i had to go to three places to get a room. Still,.... PLENTY.

If you are coming by express bus then simply get a room around the terminal as soon as you get off the bus. Then taxi it to the film festival sites. i am thinking about driving to jeonju this year but the bus and taxi system is so fast and efficient i'm tempted to not drive there.

Sounds nice, the only thing is I can't make it until Saturday. Is there a way to pick up tickets in advance?

Is there a list of movies being shown? Will there be any famous people to act overly casual around??
