Just sitting in my office and a person from the main office walks in and shoves papers in front of me and motions me to sign. I refuse and she gets angry. It's all in Korean and she speaks no English to translate. So I get another teacher to translate who says it's a paper about sex ed. So I ask what I am signing for and they can't explain it well enough.
Do you guys just sign papers when you have no idea what they are about? |

No, I don't sign jack without an explanation. You're the second forum member in a few days to post about this sex education notice stuff. |

If I were in your shoes, I'd ask to see the papers the KOREAN teachers signed first.
If they didn't sign anything, then I don't see why I should. |

No way, DD. You did the right thing. Good on you for holding your ground.
Did you ask them for an English translation of the paper and a copy? |

Never sign anything unless it's translated in writing and then only if you feel comfortable doing so. Being required to sign forms that get stuck under your nose on short notice isn't in your contract. |
