I am surprised at some of the stuff being sold, and sometimes more to the point the way they try to sell what they have. It's like they are desperate to get rid of their stuff.
1) "lovely tea table made of two Korean tables"
What do you think of when you see "made of"? I thought someone took a weekend and used a sawblade, nailed stuff together, and did some actual work to "make" something new. All they did was stack one table on top of the other, draped a table cloth over the top one, and called the space between the two "hidden", LOL.

2) skypeclass.com for sale - KRW1345500
I won't post the thread for this cause I don't want people to think I am soliciting it. I can understand wanting more than the normal cost, but 1.3 million? If it were found to be worth that much, wouldn't Skype have some trademark rights to this? I am very surprised and wonder how easily sold these domain names are for over 1 million
3) Central Texas College Textbook (Seoul)
This one was a rather random post. How many students from Central Texas College just happen to be living in Seoul? Perhaps, I am too quick to judge. We'll see.

4) Music System
Ok, so maybe this was an expensive system a long time ago. The person claims they paid $1200. Our family got a much nicer system in 1991 for only 500 dollars. It says CD player, but seems like it only plays one. You can tell it's old cause it has a dual tape player. I highly doubt they are in perfect working condition. Tape players get really bad after use. Of course, I haven't tested the system, so I don't know 100%. But, I do have my doubts. They want $200 for this. Wouldn't a computer system be 10 times better than this and do a lot more (the picture looks like it was taken in 1990 because of what is in it, not the quality of the photo)?

If you find any other interesting posts, feel free to share. If I am mistaken about anything above, I am sorry. It's just my reaction, and maybe I don't truly know about this stuff. |

Really? Everything in the picture looks completely modern, including the intercom system on the wall. Maybe you lived in a really high tech 1990, unlike mine. |

Well, the stereo we had could randomly play like 5 CD's so you didn't have to keep changing them (5 CD's was a lot back then, no iPOD, lol). Here's a pic http://images03.olx.com/ui/1/64/58/3955658_1.jpg |

Actually, probably quite a few. In case you were not aware, Central Texas College is one of the institutions that teaches GIs all over the world, meaning they have a campus on most large military posts, including the one in Seoul. At one point, they used to be one of the only two institutions at which soldiers could take college courses while overseas. |
