| Hey guys. Need some help here. I signed up to work for an after school program. The boss wants me to work for total of 15 months. Am I entitled to get pro-rated monthly pay for additional months worked on top of the severance pay? Or am I only supposed to get just severance pay of just 1 extra month pay? My boss tells me differnt story so I want to recheck with those who have been in similar situation before? It seems logical to me that if you decide to work more than 1 year on the contract, that you should be compensated for the additional services. Thanks in advance to those who reply. |
