Cops in Hyehwa have once again resumed stopping all motorbike drivers in Hyehwa and on Daehangno for license checks. All the while people are running red lights, stopping in the street blocking traffic, parking in no parking spots behind Daehangno and creating traffic jams, and the Hyehwa Rotary is a fuck-all piece of work filled with illegal maneuvers and lane changes. Good job, boys.

Like you said, many people are causing troubles in streets.

I understand what you want and the police efforts to prevent those violations are not enough. But we are stepping up those efforts despite limited resources.

This is kind of funny since you could, on an average day, count around 10,000 military-service-riot-cops either standing or squatting doing nothing in Seoul. If they could be re-assigned to traffic-violation duties when riots are NOT in progress the resource problem would be alleviated.
