It has no Korean name I know of (other than literal red-root) and I don't think it is grown here. Is there anyway to get Beetroot in Korea? Preferably the kind stored in vinegar. |

They sell fresh beetroot in Shinsegae and Emart most of the time. I'm assuming you may not know what a fresh beetroot looks like. Basically it's round and brown. You boil it for ages and then eat it. much nicer than pre packed, which I haven't seen here AFAIK. |

Well I like to use it as a sidedish, which is why I like the prepacked stuff. |
