It has no Korean name I know of (other than literal red-root) and I don't think it is grown here. Is there anyway to get Beetroot in Korea? Preferably the kind stored in vinegar.

They sell fresh beetroot in Shinsegae and Emart most of the time. I'm assuming you may not know what a fresh beetroot looks like. Basically it's round and brown. You boil it for ages and then eat it. much nicer than pre packed, which I haven't seen here AFAIK.

Well I like to use it as a sidedish, which is why I like the prepacked stuff.
