Hey All,
A close friend of mine is getting married at the end of the month and so we will be looking to have a stag for him in the next couple of weeks. He had one a few weeks ago with his co-workers, but this time it will be a smaller group (4-5); we all attended university together back in N.A. Has anyone ever had a stag in Korea before, and if so what did you do? Any ideas would help--the thing is, we're looking to do something other than the regular samgyupsal/club/noraebang type thing.
Any suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

I recommend traditional manly games such as paintball, or a trip to the shooting range, or perhaps a group trip to your local boxing gym. Put on the headgear and be violent in a socially acceptable manner.
There are pistol ranges where you can shoot 9's and 357's, but they're expensive.
In rural areas you can shoot skeet.
Go-karts would be cool too.
Gambling is something to consider. There's always casinos and the horses down in Suwon.
Go to Busan and rent jet-skis, or a small boat from which to fish. It's not a stag unless something dies! Usually it's just dignity that gets it in the neck, though. |

Go up to hooker hill, get a girl each, and play the game called "smiles". |

Whores are boring. And you might end up with more than memories.
I like the fishing trip. Maybe a weekend camping trip on a river with tons of ice cold beer, BBQ, and fishing poles. |

Seoul Racecourse for the afternoon. Take in soju in water bottles as alcohol isn't really allowed. From there, head into Gangnam and get some food, then hit a bar or two before going onto Hongdae, Hyewha or Itaewon.
The racecourse is fun - albeit not fast action for the most part, but is a good way to chill and maybe win a won or two for a few hours. |
