Could there possibly be a couple, possibly newly weds from Scotland, who are living in Korea and are missing a card posted by 'Sis and Bro+their dug' back in the old country?

I think our latest parcel received was checked by customs, they must have been checking another parcel from Scotland too, and put the card back in the wrong one.

Does "2101-1873" mean anything?
