Does anyone know if it is at all possible to obtain one of the KTX 'frequent traveller passes' or whatever the real name is?

I have tried with no joy, to look on the KTX website, and there is NO english page referring to this card. The only card available in english is the 3-day-pass. And more. This card is not ideal as it is VERY expensive. Anyway, it is aimed at tourists.

I have tried to register online with a Korean friend, in Korean, but there were more endless troubles. She couldn't even explain to me what the problem was.

Anyone in the same boat?

Next time you are at the KTX station, apply at the information desk. Make sure you have your ARC and passport with you, you might not need your passpoert, but better to have it just in case.

They have them. It's just a piece of paper you fill out and then a week later the card comes in the mail. Maybe you should try throwing a fit in front of the counter.

Yes. Something akin to this poster's avatar should do the trick.
