2) Resume
3) Two recommendation letters
4) Copies of Diploma
5) Transcript
6) Copy of Teacher's certificate copy
7) Proof of employment
8) A passport copy
9) A medical examination
10) A criminal record

Perhaps, it should be a criminal background check?
