I'm looking for some websites with some lesson plans for my Teachers class at elementary school.
they liked a lesson I did like a role play.
(so, basically.....after completing a worksheet of agreeing and disagreeing)
We assumed we are the management of a hotel, and i gave each person a problem. They had to come up with solutions. They had to write the solutions they came up with on paper.
And discuss, agreeing and disagreeing.
Im looking for some ideas or websites with lessons similar to this. Where there is a bit of variety in the lesson. Not just a plain conversation for an hour.
If you know anything or a site it would be helpful
Thanks |

Bogglesworld- Has lots of really good information gap role plays situational diologues at airports, Restaurants, giving directions using subway maps, Looking for a job.
Also use materials from Andrew Finch. Look up Finchpark.com. You can also find his materials on the Tesl journal under things for teachers.
Here's a sample of peer dictation an activity that gets your students out of their seats and using the language.

Try these textbooks but also just go to SETI Teachers , no registration required and it is fully public. I believe education should be public and there shouldn't be anything protective or topic secret about knowledge. Loads there, just go through all the courses I teach.
Also, see Lessons in a Can and other resources on EFL Classroom 2.0.
Cheers,
