Try Brandon. I haven't used him but some of my friends have and had no complaints. He gives you a quote upfront on one or more scenarios. I was going to use him, but ended up moving literally 50m, so just did it all by hand.

you can also use a call van - like a call taxi -
call the seoul help line or tourist info - 120 or 1330 -
usually tho you have to reserve them anywhere from a day to a week ahead of time; you'll negotiate the rate, usually they are very cheap. |
