Hi all,

I have just arrived in Korea, and my co teachers english is really not so good at all. I have been asked to help 3 children prepare for the above competition in Cheong Ju.

The children are 5th and 6th grade and they have to do a writing and a speaking part. The co teacher cant understand me when i ask her what the topics for the questions are..... or whether she knows them or whether they are a surprise. She also can't tell me anything about the format of the competition...so you can imagine its a bit challenging trying to prepare the kids for something i have no idea about! Oh welll...

Already love it here though! And my job!

Any thoughts i would be hugely grateful! Or if anyone knows anything about the competition.
