Im about to take this course in chicago before arriving in Korea.
I just wanted to know if this is as good as a CELTA course.
I want to do a course that i can refer to for future employment. Heres the link

CELTA and Trinity are only as good as CELTA. And having a CELTA in Korea isn't needed. |

OK thats a vague answer. i need to know if this course will help me with other jobs (in other countries) ie Is this a good qualification to possess? |

I think it will be a really good experience for you to take the course. You'll be miles ahead of most of the people who go overseas to teach that are unprepared and don't know what to expect. |

In my opinion no.
It is like a generic can of soda.
Yes you will get something out of it --- but it won't have the worldwide brand recognition that people will be able to instantly recognize.
In Korean eyes: the content of the course will be basically irrelevant, but the brand name is everything. (Like the way they fawn over one particular university over all others). |
