Two answers..one from my recruiter and from the site here.

What do I need to take to immi to get my ARC other than a passport, photo, 10,000 won and my medical check?

Recruiter says I need the school's certificate of registration.

I know for Hagwons you need the school's business certificate and a letter of employment as well as what you mentioned. Although, the letter of employment isn't always asked for. You will also need to fill out a form which you can get from the immigration website, or let me know and I will send it to you.

I have my contract. Is that sufficient for the "Letter of Appointment"?

I always send my teachers armed with the letter just in case. Although, I have heard of people getting their ARC without it.

In addition to the items you already listed, you should take the following with you to immigration when you apply for your ARC:
-signed contract
-copy of school's government registration certificate
